      Meet Our People

I chose McKinsey because I was inspired by how interesting and diverse the experience was going to be.

      Tarra Knowledge Expert, Chicago

Tarra worked in the airline and credit-card industries for 5 years prior to joining McKinsey. While attending business school, she spent the summer in our Dallas office; she joined the firm full-time in Chicago after graduation. Tarra started on the consulting track, but has spent the last year on a rotation as a retail operations knowledge expert focusing on store operations and customer experience.

We’re investing a lot of time in building our clients’ capabilities to ensure that they can sustain success.

      John Implementation Leader, Sydney

John came to McKinsey after spending more than 20 years in industry, working in supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing with corporations such as Unilever and Nestlé. He is now a leader in our Implementation Practice and part of our Sydney office.

Preparing a city for the future

      McKinsey Supports Sustainability

McKinsey supports the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the Paris Agreement to reduce greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) and promote global security. Read more about our efforts in the area of environmental sustainability, as well as our 2018 Social Responsibility Report
